Change of conference dates to October 06-10, 2020

Dear Colleague,

The pandemic conditions and tendencies of the COVID-19 outbreak do not allow us to consider the planned dates of ICTERI 2020 as safe for travel and conference assembly. Therefore, the Steering Committee of ICTERI Series, after analyzing all the potential options, has decided to postpone the conference to the beginning of October 2020. The new conference dates are:

Tuesday, the 6th – Saturday, the 10th of October, 2020

Conference preparation and organization process will continue to follow the planned milestones and with a slight change in the important dates as follows.

New important dates for the Main Conference of ICTERI 2020, including Poster and Demo Session, are:

• Acceptance notification deadline: May, the 4th, 2020
• Camera-ready version submission deadline: June, the 20th, 2020
• Registration deadline: September, the 7th, 2020
• Presentation slide set draft submission deadline: September, the 7th, 2020

ICTERI 2020 workshops will inform you separately about their updated dates.
