The volume of ICTERI Proceedings is published with CEUR-WS and the copyright for the whole volume belongs to the volume editors. The copyrights for the individual papers remain however with their authors. To bind the publication of the Proceedings volume legally we request that the authors of the accepted papers submit their filled out and signed AGREEMENT TO GRANT NON EXCLUSIVE PUBLICATION PERMISSION forms to the volume editors. The volume of ICTERI Post-Proceedings is published with Springer-Verlag and the copyright for the whole volume as well as the copyrights for the individual papers belong to the publisher. To bind the publication of the Post-Proceedings volume legally the publisher requests that the authors of the accepted papers submit their filled out and signed Consent to Publish forms to the volume editors and further to Springer-Verlag.
