The authors of the accepted papers SHOULD strictly follow the instructions below for providing the final (camera-ready) versions of their papers for the proceedings.
Formatting and Annotation
A camera-ready version of your paper MUST be:
- Typeset using the Springer LNCS format guidelines
- Annotated as specified at ANNOTATION instructions page
Please, see an instruction which is also a sample template for MS Word (doc or docx).
The following stylesheets may be used for paper formatting:
Preferred:
- The stylesheets for Microsoft Office Word 2007+
- The stylesheets for Microsoft Office Word 97-2003
Those authors who choose LaTeX formatting please use:
- LaTeX2e macro packages
Submission
Your camera-ready version should be submitted via the ICTERI 2020 EasyChair conference management system as the Proceedings paper. For doing that you have to choose the role of “Proceedings Author” after logging in to the EasyChair.
Please note that the following components have to be submitted:
- The Source File(s) of your camera-ready version
- The PDF Output of your camera-ready version
- The Author Agreement (Copyright) Form for your camera-ready version. Please download the copyright form template, fill out, sign, and submit the scanned copy of the signed form in PDF format.
