20th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

Dear Colleague,

ICTERI supports and respects all the aspects that help promote diversity in our conference community, which aspires to facilitate a truly international and multicultural gathering. Therefore, we prefer physical assembly for the conference as the most effective mode for scientific exchange and community building. We fully understand, however, that some participants might be under higher risk or stricter constraints, like international travellers. This is why we allow virtual participation for the attendees, as an exclusion which must be negotiated with the Program Chairs.

The speakers, who present accepted contributed papers, must be physically present at the conference.

The information about the arrangements and requirements for the virtual attendees are provided and updated at https://icteri.org/icteri-2025/hybrid/.

ICTERI Conference Language is ENGLISH.

ICTERI is an annual peer-reviewed international Computer Science conference. It focuses on research, design, development, deployment, and usage of advanced Information Systems (IS) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Infrastructures in industry and education. Special attention is given to the feasibility and practicality of the proposed ideas/solutions, with a focus on their potential or existing implementation. This can be demonstrated, for example, by a proof-of-concept implementation, a comprehensive prototype, a comprehensive case study, or the analysis of real use cases. Submissions on academic-industrial partnerships for ICT innovation, knowledge transfer, and technological/methodological reports are also welcome.

We solicit submissions of original work, not previously published, or submitted for publication elsewhere.

ICTERI offers its infrastructure and facilities for the organizers of satellite Workshops that match the scope of the conference.

ICTERI also hosts a PhD Track for young researchers who are at the beginning of their career, such as Master or PhD students and also young researchers from industry. It is a venue that provides expert environment for the presentation of the tractable ideas and early results of PhD projects or other research aiming at receiving a PhD.

ICTERI is also open to those who would like to give  presentations of their early-stage research at the Poster Track.

Starting from 2023, ICTERI publishes its post-proceedings (Main Conference, Poster, and PhD tracks) volume with Springer in their CCIS Series (pending approval by Springer for 2025). This is an international and highly reputable venue for conference and workshop proceedings. Springer post-proceedings volume contains the papers accepted by the ICTERI Program Committee and is published shortly after the conference. ICTERI Springer CCIS volumes are indexed by: DBLP, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus.

ICTERI 2025 does not charge any conference fee. Participation is free. Travel and accomodation are paid by the participants. The rest of the conference expences are covered by our Sponsors.
