This section of the ICTERI web site explains how and where the conference proceedings are published.
– Volume III: http://icteri.org/icteri-2021/PhDS/
Traditionally, ICTERI publishes its proceedings volume with CEUR-WS, which is an international venue for electronic conference and workshop proceedings. CEUR-WS volume contains the papers accepted by the ICTERI Program Committee and is published before the conference. Therefore, the authors should strictly obey the deadlines (Important DATES) to allow timely publication of the proceedings. Please visit Previous ICTERI Conferences page to take a look at the proceedings published till 2016.
ICTERI CEUR-WS proceedings are indexed by all major international scientific indexing services, such as: DBLP, SCOPUS.
In addition to that, ICTERI Steering Committee selects the best papers presented at the conference and invites their authors:
- To substantially revise and extend their paper their paper – thus making a manuscript which differs substantially from the paper published in the CEUR-WS proceedings
To be reviewed one more time and published (if finally accepted) in the post-proceedings of ICTERI – after the conference. The post-proceedings are traditionally published with Springer-Nature in their I.
ICTERI Springer CCIS volumes are indexed by: DBLP, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus.
