PUBLICATION of Accepted Papers and Abstracts

Evaluation Process

All ICTERI submissions are reviewed and evaluated by at least three members of the International Program Committee. The authors of all paper submissions receive all the reviews of their submissions. The reviews contain:

  • Evaluation scores
  • Reviewers comments which justify these scores
  • Reviewers suggestions on how to improve the paper

As a result:

  • Only the best papers (in the terms of the evaluation criteria) are accepted and included in the conference program
  • The acceptance rate of ICTERI Series is less than 50%
  • The authors of the accepted papers are then requested to prepare and submit their final versions for the conference proceedings. These final versions should take the received reviews as a guidance for improvement.
  • Final versions are published in the international electronic proceedings volume at CEUR-WS

Commitment to Attend and Present

By submitting the final version for publication, the authors of the paper COMMIT that at least one of the authors will:

  • Attend ICTERI 2016 in person. For that he or she also has to register.
  • Present the paper at ICTERI 2016 at the time which will be given in the conference program

The Program Chairs reserve the right to WITHDRAW papers which have not been presented from the published proceedings volume.
